Refund Policy

At Velvet Flash, we put care into every event we book. Because your reservation blocks off a specific date and time that can’t be rebooked for another client, we operate under the following refund policy:
Retainers
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. This retainer is applied toward your total balance but is non-refundable under all circumstances once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellations
30+ days before the event: you may transfer your retainer to a new date (pending availability).
Less than 30 days before the event: all payments made are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full amount of the booking will still be owed due to preparation and scheduling commitments.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your event once without penalty if notice is given at least 30 days in advance. Reschedules are subject to availability and must occur within 6 months of the original date.
Refund Exceptions
If Velvet Flash must cancel due to illness, emergency, or equipment failure, a full refund of all payments received (including retainer) will be issued.
We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, venue restrictions, or conditions outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate a new date.
Digital Products & Photos
All photo galleries, overlays, guest books, and digital media are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom to your event.
