Every guest leaves with premium prints and every moment is saved digitally.
Cancellation Policy
Velvet Flash Booking Policy Deposits & Payments A 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement are required to secure your date. Contact us at events@thevelvetflash.com to set up a deposit, or pay in full above to save your date now. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event unless otherwise arranged in writing. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit/payment and contract are received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may transfer the retainer to a new date (subject to availability). Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit. If Velvet Flash must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, emergency), a full refund of all payments received will be issued. Setup Requirements The client must provide a 10 ft × 10 ft space with one standard 120 V power outlet within 25 ft. Indoor setup is preferred; outdoor events require a flat, covered, and weather-protected area. Parking access within close proximity for load-in and load-out must be available. Event Duration Rental time begins at the scheduled start time. Overtime may be requested (subject to availability) at $150 per additional hour. Damage & Liability The client assumes responsibility for guest behavior and potential damage to the booth, props, or backdrop during the rental period. Velvet Flash is not liable for electrical issues, venue restrictions, or conditions beyond our control that prevent setup or operation. Photos & Usage A private digital gallery will be delivered within 5 business days after the event. Velvet Flash reserves the right to use event photos and videos for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Travel Events within 15 miles of Boise are included. Travel beyond that distance will incur a $1 per mile fee (round trip). Agreement By booking, you agree to the above policies and acknowledge that your retainer secures your event date and prevents other bookings for that time.
